Nice room, clean, peacefull area and nice location for enjoying the surrounding area both countryside and yet close to larger centers.
I am sure the meals are well presented and of a good quality. But their prices are more than I would want to spend Especially if you would consider the accompanying wines as recommended. So we decided to eat elsewhere. No elevator but that would be no problem as staff willingly offered to assist with lugage if one wishes. Staff at reception and checkin very friendly and made a good impresion.

Tremendous helpfull staff and very committed chef. Flexibilty towards families with young children and always solution oriented. Restaurant is absolutely worth a detour. Breakfast was outstanding with f.e. scrambled eggs with truffle.

Location, close to walking about town. It is an old hotel but so well kept and clean. Comfortable beds and an impressive room when you first walk in. The food was delicious and presentation and service very good.
The meal was expensive and you didn't have a choice to eat a light meal. Most disappointing was that coffee was not included in the main meal and so didn't come with the dessert. We ordered coffee and that came with more dessert which we didn't really need so ended up paying an extra 7.50 for that. When the menu said incl. dessert we feel that should have included coffee or tea. Appetizers very interesting and delicious but a few too many.

The hotel is in a wonderful village setting on a canal. The place is very welcoming and cozy. The restaurant is outstanding! We had one of the finest meals we have had in Europe. Everything was innovative and delicious. The wine stewart was very helpful, finding us outstanding wines from the lower end of the price list.
No complaints. Loved everything about this place.
